Services Provided

LTMS provides marine shrink wrapping, industrial equipment shrink wrapping, marine detailing, and related marine maintenance services.

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, material availability, and scheduling capacity.

Estimates & Payments

​

• All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry.

• Final pricing may vary depending on vessel size, condition, accessibility, or additional services required.

• Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

• A deposit may be required prior to scheduling services.

• Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse services for unpaid balances.

Cancellations & Scheduling

​

• Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

• Clients must provide at least [24–48 hours] notice for cancellations.

• Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

• Seasonal services (such as shrink wrapping) are scheduled based on demand and availability.

Customer Responsibilities

​

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring access to the vessel or equipment at the scheduled service time.

• Removing personal belongings prior to detailing or shrink wrapping.

• Disclosing any known damage, mechanical issues, or hazards.

• Ensuring electrical or water access if required for detailing services.

Failure to provide safe and accessible conditions may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

​

While we take every precaution to protect your vessel or equipment:

• Lake Tapps Marine Services is not liable for pre-existing damage.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by severe weather, acts of nature, marina conditions, or third-party interference after service completion.

• Shrink wrapping provides protective coverage but does not guarantee prevention of all environmental damage.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

Industrial Equipment Shrink Wrapping

​

For industrial equipment services:

• Customers must ensure equipment is safe to access and free of hazardous materials.

• We are not responsible for internal mechanical damage during storage or transport.

• Proper ventilation or access points must be requested prior to installation.

All services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted protection or performance beyond the reasonable expectations of professional service standards.
